Help Support Us
Tzedakah is the great Jewish tradition through which we contribute from our individual resources to help our whole community. We are fortunate to be a small, intimate congregation, but our size makes donations and giving of ourselves all the more important.
There are many ways to contribute to our community, all of which are equally valued. We welcome your enthusiastic participation, volunteering and of course, your monetary donations. If you are interested in contributing your time and skills to help the synagogue grow, see Getting Involved.
Why give to the Pelham Jewish Center?
- To honor or thank a friend or relative
- To remember our loved ones and friends
- To celebrate a special occasion or anniversary
- To support our congregation’s mission
- To leave a legacy that will last forever.
There are a variety of ways to give to the Pelham Jewish Center:
- Tributes- to honor those special moments and friends, give a donation in their honor. Contact the office administrator, to make a tribute donation.
- Support the annual High Holiday Fundraising Drive. Contact our Fundraising Chairperson, by emailing office@thepjc.org for more information.
- Make a donation to the Capital Campaign and support the maintenance of our beautiful building.

- Donate to the Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund, a fund that the rabbi utilizes to support those in our community in need and in crisis. It is occasionally used to support programming needs when appropriate. Please make check payable to “Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund.”
To make a gift, please mail your check made out to “Pelham Jewish Center” (unless it is for the USY or Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund) and note which type of donation (listed above) you are giving.
